ISIS Beheads Christian Children When They Will NOT Convert.

(WARNING: Some references and images in the following report are extremely graphic. Use extreme caution.)
An Anglican priest known as the “vicar of Baghdad” for his work in war-torn Iraq has recounted atrocities inflicted on Christian children by ISIS, the Muslim jihadist army that has declared the creation of an Islamic caliphate in parts of Iraq and Syria.
“They chopped all their heads off,” Andrew White told the Christian Broadcasting Network in an interview.
See the interview here:

In an interview in Jerusalem, where he was ordered to travel because of threats by ISIS fighters, he told of Iraqi Christian children ordered to convert to Islam or die.
“ISIS [fighters] turned up and they said to the children, ‘You say the words that you will follow Muhammad,’” White said. “The children, all under 15, four of them, they said, ‘No, we love Yasua. We have always loved Yasua. We have always followed Yasua.”
White, mimicking ISIS, shouted, “‘Say the words!’”
But the children replied, “We can’t.”
“They chopped all their heads off,” White said.
“That is what we [Christians in Iraq] have been going through. That is what we are going through,” he said.
Charisma News said in a report that “some some of the bravest martyrs this generation may ever know are teenagers – and perhaps even younger.”
While White, in the report, doesn’t provide a time or location, or whether he personally witnessed the atrocity, he said the same tactic had been used against adults.
“[Islamic jihadists] say to one man, an adult, ‘You say the words of conversion or we will kill all of your children.’ He was desperate. He said the words. Then he phoned me and said, ‘[Father], I said the words, does that mean Yasua doesn’t love me anymore? I have always loved Yasua. I said those words because I couldn’t see my children be killed.’ I said, ‘Jesus still loves you. He will always love you,’” White recalled.
He said that while Iraq had 1.5 million Christians, only a handful remain.
The largest Iraqi Christian community in the world now is in Chicago, he noted.
While reports on beheadings of adults, wholesale slaughter and torture with punishments such as crucifixion are common when ISIS is involved, WND has reported atrocities against children.
One such report came from the Anglican Communion News Service, which said the 5-year-old son of a founder of Baghdad’s Anglican church was “cut in half during an attack by the Islamic State.”
That report also cited an emotional White.
“I’m almost in tears because I’ve just had somebody in my room whose little child was cut in half,” he said. “I baptized his child in my church in Baghdad. This little boy, they named him after me – he was called Andrew,” he said at the time.
The report said it happened in the Christian village of Qaraqosh after Kurdish forces left and ISIS fighters arrived.
Catholic.org report quoted a source, Mark Arabo, a Chaldean-American businessman, confirming the beheading of children by ISIS fighters, who then “put their heads on a stick and have them in the park.”
“The world hasn’t seen this kind of atrocity in generations,” he told CNN.
The report, which included images, said the terrorists “who have invaded Mosul and other ancient Christian communities in Syria and Iraq have made music videos of themselves murdering civilians and captured soldiers.”
“They are literally enjoying the act of killing and the fear and suffering experienced by others. This sadism may be the purest manifestation of evil witnessed since the Rape of Nanking during WWII.”
Jeff King, president of International Christian Concern, which had staff members traveling in Iraq, evaluated many of the reports and found them “completely consistent with who these guys are.”
“They’re absolute barbarians. We’re at a loss of words to describe who these guys are.”
He cautioned, nevertheless, that news agencies and readers always should be a little skeptical of random images posted online, because there’s likely an element of propaganda in such disputes.
Some of the recent images appeared to have been been staged, he said. But others appeared genuine.
The Anglican report quoted Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
“The horrific events in Iraq rightly call our attention and sorrow yet again. Christians and other religious minorities are being killed and face terrible suffering,” he said.
“What we are seeing in Iraq violates brutally people’s right to freedom of religion and belief, as set out under Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is extremely important that aid efforts are supported and that those who have been displaced are able to find safety. I believe that, like France, the United Kingdom’s doors should be open to refugees, as they have been throughout history.”
The Catholic.org report, which included images, said ISIS terrorists “have begun their promised killing of Christians in Mosul, and they have started with the children.”
“Several images have emerged of Christian children beheaded by ISIS, merely for being Christian,” the report said.
The report said the Muslim fighters crucified victims “because to them crucifixion is especially humiliating due to its Christian implications.”
The images show children lying in rocky fields where they died, a woman whose throat was cut and the decapitated bodies of children.
A Gospel Coalition “Factchecker” is warning that one of the images reportedly goes back to 2013 when it was claimed she was a Muslim Syrian girl named Fatima Meghlaj who was decapitated when Syrian forces shelled her home.
“ISIS is an organization that has committed heinous acts of violence and violated the human rights of many of our fellow believers,” the organization said. “But we must not partake in the spreading of lies, even if it is against our enemies.”
The report continued: “While it is possible that children are being beheaded by ISIS in Iraq, there is currently no credible evidence to support that claim. We should pray this report turn[s] out to be just rumor and that whatever other crimes are being committed, that God is sparing the children of Iraq from ‘systematic beheading.’”
Bishop Julian Dobbs of Barnabas Aid told WND he’s heard accounts of “atrocities against all Christians, adult and children.”
“This is a disaster of almost unparalleled proportions for Christians,” he said.
The Catholic.org report said the images and videos are made and distributed “to intimidate others.” One showed blood gushing from a woman whose throat was slit. Another was of a “distraught father in Syria” holding the body of his decapitated daughter, who was executed because she was of a Christian family.

WND columnist Les Kinsolving has noted the beheadings of captured Western adults and has suggested a solution.
“What would surely seem more effective … would be an Obama announcement that he had ordered Navy SEALs and Army Special Forces to engage in campaigns of mass capture of ISIS and other Muslim murderers of our troops. Then, with massive capture, an order could be given to execute five to 10 of these Muslim killers for every one of American forces and allies who are beheaded,” he wrote.
WND columnist Jerry Newcombe joined the conversation, writing: “I saw a photograph that makes me sick. It is the corpse of a little girl, about 10 years old, wearing a dress and tights. She lies sprawled on the floor with her arms outstretched. For a presumably poor girl, she looks like she’s dressed in her Sunday best.
“This photo makes you sick. It’s right out of a horror movie. Something within you dies when you look at it,” he continued. “How could you kill a child? And more importantly, how could you do so in the name of God? As of this writing, Christians continue to be killed in Iraq simply because they won’t convert to Islam. It is convert, flee, or die.”

Gaza Citizens Getting A Taste Of What ISIS Rule Will Be Like

Now almost everyone is talking about the Islamic State threats in Gaza against poets, writers and women. The leaflets mention the poets and writers by name — a move that has created panic. The leaflets also include an ultimatum to Palestinian women to abide by Islamic attire or face the Islamic State style of punishment — presumably being stoned to death.
Of course, all this is taking place while Hamas continues to insist that that the Islamic State is not operating in Gaza. Those who are taking the threats seriously are the writers and women whose names appeared in the leaflets.
Islamic State flags can already be seen at football stadiums, on windshields of vehicles, mosques, educational centers andwedding invitations.
It is also clear that if and when the Hamas regime collapses, the Gaza Strip will not fall into the lands of the less-radical Palestinians.
It is important to keep in mind that the counties in Europe now voting for a Palestinian state may effectively be paving the way for a takeover by Islamic State.
It is always dreamlike to see one Islamist terror group accuse the other of being too "lenient" when it comes to enforcing sharia laws. But it is not dreamlike when a terrorist group starts threatening writers and women.
That is what is happening these days in the Gaza Strip, where supporters of the Islamic State are accusing Hamas of failing to impose strict Islamic laws on the Palestinian population -- as if Hamas has thus far endorsed a liberal and open-minded approach toward those who violate sharia laws.

Until this week, the only topic Palestinians in the Gaza Strip were talking about was how to rebuild homes and buildings that were destroyed during the last war between Hamas and Israel.
Now, however, almost everyone is talking about the Islamic State threats against poets, writers and women.
It is no secret that the Islamic State has a presence in the Gaza Strip. According to sources there, many disgruntled members of Hamas and other radical salafi-jihadi groups have already joined the Islamic State, with some fighting together with ISIS groups in Syria and Iraq.
Earlier this year, it was revealed here that Islamic State has already begun operating inside the Gaza Strip -- much to the dismay of Hamas.
Hamas, nevertheless, continues to deny any presence of Islamic State inside the Gaza Strip. "There are no members of Islamic State in the Gaza Strip," said Eyad al-Bazam, spokesman for the Hamas-run Interior Ministry.
Many Palestinians, however, do not seem to take Hamas's denials seriously, and remain unconvinced.
Over the past few days, two separate leaflets signed by Islamic State threatened to target Palestinian poets and writers for their "wantonness" and "atheism." The leaflets mention the poets and writers by name -- a move that created panic among many Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The leaflets also included an ultimatum to Palestinian women to abide by Islamic attire or face the Islamic State style of punishment -- presumably being stoned to death. The threat leaves one with the false impression that, under Hamas, women can wear swimming suits at the beach and walk around the streets of Gaza City in mini-skirts.
But this is what happens when one fundamentalist group believes that the other is not radical enough.
"We warn the writers and poets of their wanton sayings and atheist deeds," one of the leafletsread. "We give the apostates three days to retract their apostasy and wantonness and enter the religion of Islam anew."
The threats issued by Islamic State have drawn strong condemnations from many Palestinians. This is the first time that such threats have been made against poets and writers or women.
Although Hamas has denied any connection to the threats, Fatah officials in the West Bank were quick to accuse the Islamist movement -- which has been in control of the Gaza Strip since 2007 -- of being behind the leaflets.
Palestinian political analyst Naji Sharab explained that any attempt to deny the presence of Islamic State terrorists in the Gaza Strip was "unrealistic."
"There's no denying that Islamic State exists [in the Gaza Strip] as a small group or as individuals," he said. "The leaflets that were distributed this week could not have come from any Palestinian organization."
Palestinians point out that the two leaflets were not the only sign of the presence of Islamic State inside the Gaza Strip. They say that Islamic State flags can be seen in many parts of the Gaza Strip, especially at football stadiums and public buildings. In addition, Islamic State stickers can be seen on the windshields of many vehicles.
More recently, Palestinians say, families have begun attaching the Islamic State emblem to wedding invitations sent out to friends and relatives. Photos of Palestinians who were killed while fighting with Islamic State in Iraq and Syria appear in many places, especially mosques and educational centers.
Of course, all of this is taking place while Hamas continues to insist that the Islamic State is not operating in Gaza.
Those who are taking the threats seriously are the women and writers whose names appeared in the leaflets.
Amal Hamad, a member of the Palestinian Women's Union, expressed deep concern about the threats made by Islamic State. "We are headed toward the worst in the Gaza Strip," she complained. "We hold the Hamas security forces responsible for the leaflets of intimidation and terror." She and a large group of women in the Gaza Strip held an emergency meeting to discuss the repercussions of the threats.
Judging from reactions, it is clear that many Palestinians -- including Hamas -- are extremely worried about Islamic State's presence in the Gaza Strip. Even if the terror group still does not have many fighters in the Gaza Strip, it already has countless followers and admirers.
It is also clear that if and when the Hamas regime collapses, the Gaza Strip will not fall into the hands of less-radical Palestinians.
The Gaza Strip has already been turned into an "Islamist Emirate" that is run by Hamas and other radical groups such as Islamic Jihad.
While Islamic State may have succeeded in infiltrating the Gaza Strip, its chances of entering the West Bank are zero. This is thanks to the presence of the Israel Defense Forces [IDF] in the West Bank. The Palestinian Authority and its President Mahmoud Abbas are well aware that without the Israeli security presence in the West Bank, the area would easily fall into the hands of Hamas or Islamic State.
It is important to keep in mind that the countries in Europe now voting for a Palestinian state may effectively be paving the way for a takeover by Islamic State.

Congress Passes Impotent Bill To Prevent Obama's Illegal Immigrant Executive Order. Won't Work!

Rep. Yoho: House Rejected Illegal Orders Because 'Enough Is Enough'

The House of Representatives voted to slap down President Barack Obama's executive action to help as many as 6 million illegal immigrants because "enough is enough," Rep. Ted Yoho told Newsmax on Thursday.

"The Constitution is something we need to abide by, or what in the heck are we here for?" asked the Florida Republican. He introduced the legislation on Nov. 20, the day Obama announced his unilateral actions.

"If he wants to legislate with a pen, send all the Congress home," Yoho said. "My goal is to take his ink out of his pen."

On a 219-197 vote, the House voted Thursday to block the immigration ordersObama announced last month that would delay deportations for and grant work permits to millions of illegals.

Though the vote seemed like a token protest that would not go any further, it allowed House Republicans to vent their outrage over Obama's orders without jeopardizing a spending bill under negotiation between the House and Senate that would keep the government running after next week.

"It is symbolic," Yoho acknowledged to Newsmax. "It's a symbolic move that passed the House — the people's House — that says that they want the president to abide by the Constitution.

"If we are a land that honors the rule of law, and if that rule of law is the Constitution, and that Constitution signifies freedom around the world, should we not all work to preserve that?

"I think, symbolically, it probably speaks more than a bill," he said.

Seven Republicans opposed the measure and three voted "present." Three Democrats backed it, while 190 voted against it.

"The president himself has stated that 'there's a limit on what [he] can do,'" said Florida GOP Reps. Mario Diaz-Balart and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, who objected to their colleague's bill. They issued a statement after the vote.

"We continue to believe that the only legal and permanent solution is for Congress to pass legislation that will strengthen our borders, adhere to the rule of law, offer a humane solution to those living in the shadows, modernize our visa system, and bolster the economy," the legislators said.

Any stalemate over the financing bill could lead to a shutdown, which House Speaker John Boehner and other party leaders are seeking to avoid. Some Republicans wanted to attach the immigration language to the omnibus legislation, which could ignite a standoff with Senate Democrats.

The federal government runs out of money on Dec. 11. A 16-day partial shutdown in October 2013 over defunding Obamacare cost American taxpayers $1.4 billion.

House Appropriations Chairman Hal Rogers, a Kentucky Republican, said Thursday that he and his Senate counterpart, Democrat Barbara Mikulski of Maryland, planned on Friday to "sign off on the final deal" to finance most of the government through next September.

As for the House bill passed on Thursday, the Senate doesn't plan to take it up. The White House said the president would veto the measure if it reached his desk.

"Rather than deport students and separate families and make it harder for law enforcement to do its job, I just want the Congress to work with us to pass a commonsense law to fix that broken immigration system," Obama said before the vote.

Boehner said Thursday's vote "made clear that we are rejecting his unilateral actions," especially since "the president thumbed his nose at the American people with his actions on immigration."

Rep. Tom Price, who will chair the House Budget Committee in the new Congress, cited the bill's effort at White House accountability.

"So long as the president and his allies in Congress continue to put their executive amnesty ahead of fidelity to the rule of law, we must and we will continue to seek to hold the administration accountable," the Georgia Republican said.

Boehner and other House leaders incorporated Yoho's bill into a two-part strategy to appease conservative Republicans ahead of next week's spending bill vote. The measure, however, would keep the Department of Homeland Security operating several months. The agency oversees immigration.

Republicans hope to revisit the DHS issue early next year when Republicans have more leverage in Congress.

Despite the strategy's objectives, however, Alex Nowrasteh, immigration policy analyst at the Cato Institute, described Thursday's House move as "a meaningless vote on a meaningless bill."

"This is a bill that basically expresses displeasure," he told Newsmax. "It has no actions in it, really. It doesn't try to solve the problem.

"It's generally a bunch of people in Congress standing up and saying that we're unhappy — and that does nothing to solve the problems that are underlining this whole immigration mess."
