Homeland Security Is Basically Escorting Terrorists Into The Country Daily

Former DHS employee: Obama threw open the door for terror attacks

Former Department of Homeland Security employee and whistleblower Phillip Haney just revealed that the Obama administration is hugely responsible for terror attempts on the U.S.
In an op-ed for The Hill, Haney reveals that the White House threw the nation’s intelligence community under the bus in the early days of Obama’s presidential tenure by blaming the 2009 “underwear bombing” attempt on a U.S. airliner on intelligence failures.
“This was not a failure to collect intelligence, it was a failure to integrate and understand the intelligence that we already had,” Obama told Americans at the time.
But, Haney said, the attempt was a symptom of a politically correct whitewashing of terror-linked immigrants’ records that has become standard under the current president’s administration.
He wrote: “His words infuriated many of us because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material—the actual intelligence we had collected for years, and erase those dots. The dots constitute the intelligence needed to keep Americans safe, and the Obama administration was ordering they be wiped away.”
According to the former DHS employee, he and his colleagues were ordered to “delete or modify several hundred records of individuals tied to designated Islamist terror groups” in the days leading up to the 2009 terror attempt.
Haney contends that Obama’s political correctness at all costs is inevitably going to result in a “devastating, mass-casualty attack” on the homeland.
“Every day, DHS Customs and Border Protection officers watch entering and exiting many individuals associated with known terrorist affiliations, then look for patterns,” he wrote. “Enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims greatly affected our ability to do that.”
And as Obama’s loose immigration and refugee policies continue to allow thousands more people to enter the nation without vetting, Haney believes the threat is increasing at an astounding rate.
