Any mother who believes that her three year old knows which sex they are is a fool. Kids at that age barely know to go to the bathroom no less what their physical attributes are nor what those body parts mean. This is pure child abuse.
It is apparently clear to anyone who has had kids, this is a mom who wanted a girl and when she delivered a boy, she went about "making her girl." She is a sick woman and this poor child should be removed from her care.

A Texas mom is demanding that her transgender daughter be allowed to use
the girls’ restroom—when she begins kindergarten this fall.
The student, Kai, is just five-years-old, and was born a boy. But she has
already lived as a girl for more than two years, since she was three.
Kim Shappley, Kai’s mom, is striking back against the Pearland Independent
School District’s stance on transgender students, which says that students
"must go to the bathroom for the sex indicated on their birth certificate,”
or else use a private bathroom in the nurse’s office.
But the district, in a statement, mentioned that their forcing Kai to use the
boys’ bathroom wouldn’t likely affect her all that much next year: each
kindergarten classroom in the district is equipped with a small private
bathroom—which, being a single stall, has always been gender-neutral.
But Shappley admits her fight is bigger than just which toilet Kai uses
next year: it’s about forcing the district to make sure recognizes Kai’s new
gender.
"Please understand I'm not fighting about bathrooms, I'm fighting about
her life, I'm fighting about her well-being, I'm fighting for her happiness,
I'm fighting for her future," Shappley told the school board in a recent meeting.
"Every person that has a degree who has studied this says that it is
wrong to tell my child for anyone to tell my child that she cannot use
the facility that aligns with the gender she identifies with,” she added.
Shappley had support from other parents in the school board meeting—
but she also attracted plenty of opposition, too.
Regardless, the Pearland ISD has so far refused to change their policy—
and, barring further legal action, it looks like Kai will be using the boys’
restroom when she starts school.
